NGP Hosts aims for 99.5% uptime but provides no formal guarantee. As a free service, uptime commitments are limited.
No Service Level Agreement (SLA), refunds, or compensation is provided for downtime.

Downtime occurs when:
- Servers are unreachable or return connection errors
- Control panel is inaccessible
- Core services are unavailable
- Services require authentication but fail

Maintenance Windows

8. Compensation
NO COMPENSATION is provided for downtime.

9. Regional Outages
If your region experiences an outage:
- NGP Hosts will attempt rapid restoration
- No compensation is provided
- Backup or restore services are not guaranteed
- Data loss is possible during outages
10. Voluntary Discontinuation
NGP Hosts reserves the right to:
- Discontinue the service at any time
- Provide minimal notice (or no notice)
- Delete all user data upon shutdown
- Offer no compensation or alternatives
11. Expected Outages
Users should expect periodic outages for:
- Maintenance (monthly or more frequent)
- Hardware failures (unpredictable)
- Security incidents (possible)
- DDoS mitigation (possible)
12. Backup During Outages
During extended outages:
- Backups may not be accessible
- Data may be temporarily inaccessible
- Recovery is not guaranteed
- Offline backups are your responsibility
13. High Availability
Critical applications should NOT rely on NGP Hosts for:
- Production environments
- Mission-critical services
- Data that cannot be lost
- Services requiring guaranteed uptime

Outage information will be posted on:

- Website status page (when available)
15. Modifications
This policy may be modified at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
