Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use NGP Hosts. Violations result in account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activities

• Any activity violating local, state, or international law
• Facilitating illegal transactions or services
• Money laundering or financial crimes
• Selling illegal goods or services
• Organizing or promoting criminal activity

Exploitation and Abuse

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - ZERO TOLERANCE
• Child exploitation or grooming
• Human trafficking or slavery
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Report CSAM to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

Harassment and Hate

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability
• Bullying or cyberbullying
• Doxxing or publishing private information
• Impersonation or identity fraud

Cybersecurity Violations

• DDoS attacks or network attacks
• Hacking or unauthorized access
• Malware distribution
• Phishing or social engineering
• Vulnerability exploitation without authorization
• Port scanning or network reconnaissance

Spam and Disruption

• Email spam or unsolicited communications
• Server flooding or resource exhaustion
• Denial of Service attacks
• Spam chat or forum flooding
• Automated spam content generation

Intellectual Property

• Copyright infringement (except fair use)
• Trademark infringement
• Patent violation
• Unlicensed software distribution
• Unauthorized content reproduction

Invite Fraud

• Creating multiple accounts to inflate invites
• Using bots or automation to generate fake invites
• Sharing or selling accounts
• Fraudulent referral schemes
• Results in immediate termination and IP ban

Resource Abuse

• Exceeding resource limits intentionally
• Cryptocurrency mining without authorization
• Resource-intensive activities beyond server capabilities
• Excessive bandwidth consumption
• Running services outside hosting scope

3. Server Content Restrictions

Servers may not contain:

• Illegal content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Adult content or pornography
• Content glorifying violence
• Phishing pages or malware
• Copyright-infringing mods or maps

4. Enforcement

Violations result in:

• First Offense: Warning and possible temporary suspension
• Second Offense: Account suspension (7-30 days)
• Third Offense or Severe Violation: Permanent termination
• Child Exploitation: Immediate termination and law enforcement report

5. Investigation and Data Sharing

• NGP Hosts may investigate suspected violations
• Law enforcement requests will be honored
• User data may be disclosed for legal compliance
• Evidence will be preserved for legal proceedings

6. Reporting Violations

Report violations to:

• Discord: NGP Hosts Discord (@moderators)
• Support: Open a support ticket with evidence
• CSAM: NCMEC CyberTipline

7. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity on your servers
• Monitor your server and plugins for compliance
• Update plugins and software regularly
• Prevent unauthorized access to your account

8. Modifications

This policy may be updated at any time. Violations of updated policies will be enforced immediately.
