- Reports are reviewed by abuse team within 24 hours
- Evidence is collected and analyzed
- User may be contacted for their statement
- Investigation timeline depends on complexity
- Users are notified of outcome

Account Abuse
- Unauthorized account access
- Account selling or trading
- Multi-accounting for circumventing bans
- Account sharing with unauthorized users
Service Abuse
- Exceeding resource limits intentionally
- Running non-gaming services
- Cryptocurrency mining or botting
- Proxy or VPN circumvention
Network Abuse
- DDoS attacks against other services
- Port scanning or reconnaissance
- Malware distribution
- Spam generation
Content Abuse
- Harassment in chat or community
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Copyright infringement
- Illegal content distribution
4. Consequences
- Warning: Minor or first-time violations
- Temporary Suspension: 7-30 days for repeated abuse
- Permanent Termination: Severe violations, repeated abuse, or exploitation
- IP Ban: For egregious or repeated violations
- Legal Action: For criminal activity
5. Appeal Process
- Users may appeal enforcement decisions
- Appeals submitted via support with evidence
- NGP Hosts reviews appeals (can take 7-14 days)
- Decision is final and binding
- Repeated appeals without new evidence may be rejected
6. Third-Party Reporting
NGP Hosts responds to reports from:
- Law enforcement agencies
- Copyright holders (DMCA)
- Internet security organizations
- Other service providers
7. Data Preservation
- Evidence is preserved during investigations
- Logs are retained for legal proceedings
- Data may be shared with law enforcement
- Preservation orders are honored
8. Child Exploitation
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
- Immediate account termination
- Automatic law enforcement report
- Report to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Evidence preservation for prosecution
- IP address banning
9. Modification
This policy may be updated at any time. Violations of updated policies are enforced immediately.
